When requesting quotes from different title companies please remember this: a bargain is not how much you pay, but what you get in return.

Also, make sure that your other quotes include "junk" fees such as: wire fee, notary fee, copy and/or fax fee, email fee, title examination and/or an inflated courier fee.  Our quote will include every charge from our company that you will incur at closing.
